Craft beer, also called "raw beer", differs in quality as it is not subjected to pasteurization: it is a living beer, produced by hand, with the use of raw materials such as malted grain (malt extract and not) hops, yeast, with no additives, colorings, preservatives and stabilizers. There is no filtration of yeast. The taste of craft beer is more diverse and thus be more full of perfumes and fragrances. The carbonation of this beer is a natural result of a double fermentation (fermented in the bottle "), whose advantage is to have a drink less rich in carbon dioxide with evident relief to the stomach and greater satisfaction to the palate.
Style: Lager (bottom-fermenting)
Ingredients: spring water, malted barley, hops and yeast.
Colour: gold amber beer, with foam and persistent, even slightly hazy appearance.
Tasting notes: It has a high intensity nose, with intense malty aroma and a hint of honey. Appreciable body and medium carbonation, bitter taste balanced with moderate to strong. The nose is long with persistent back prevailing note of hops.
Alcohol: 5.1% vol. 12.5 degrees plato.

Suggested pairings: appetizers, pasta and rice dishes, fresh cheeses, roasted and grilled fish, salads, white meats.
