The variety and climatic conditions have allowed the development of a local cultivar, the Nocellara of Belize, that only in this environment carries out all its productive potential.

Tasting notes:

Aroma: Intense fruity with notes of fresh grass, artichoke and tomato
taste: fruity olive oil and a strong aroma composition. The flavor and spicy blends in with the pleasant bitterness
The oil is characterized by low acidity (0.20 to 0.5%), with an excellent shelf life, flavor, fruity olive oil and a strong aroma composition.
It is recommended for use:
on raw vegetables, salads, vegetables, soups, fish;
in cooking roast meats, fish, sauces and pastries.

Ottimo, come l'olio che mangiavo da bambina che arrivava della Calabria. Un sapore intenso, pieno, corposo. E' un olio denso, ne basta poco per dare
sapore. Nulla a che vedere con prodotti che trovi nei supermercati, che anche se sono fatti in Sicilia, Calabria o Puglia, hanno sempre un sapore un
po' slavato e sono molto più cari. Io che amo l'olio dal sapore deciso, l'ho trovato veramente squisito. Ottimo.
