The products are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Corleone to courier DHL, to reach the various destinations quickly.
Pay the utmost attention to the preparation and packaging of the packages in order to avoid thermal stress and even damage to the goods, which brings us in perfect condition, ready to be enjoyed

At the moment we only ship in ITALY, including islands, Austria, Germany, France and Spain.

Delivery time:
Since the order the goods will be dispatched within 5 working days for Italy. Unless problems, we ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order, Monday through Thursday. The orders we receive over the weekend are processed the following Monday. To get the invoice for the goods purchased must fill out the fields provided at registration by entering name, VAT and company tax code. The invoice will be sent along with the required goods. For all other customers who do not will require invoice will be sent with the goods a receipt for tax purposes. Our couriers deliver during working hours (between 8.00 and 18.00), if there is no one at your home or at the concierge of your home to accommodate the carrier, they can not make the delivery and therefore you will receive delay the goods.

Damage to cargo
