Grape types: Catarratto (50%), Inzolia (50%).
Harvest: From mid-September through mid-October.

Method: Temperature-controlled, in stainless steel tanks.
Temperature: 16-18˚C.
Duration: 10-12 days.
Malolactic: No.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
pH: 3.35 - Alcohol: 12.61% - Acidity: Total: 4.80 - Volatile: 0.38 SO2 (mg/l), total: 105 - free: 25
TASTING NOTES
Straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. Elegant, subtle bouquet, with the aroma of spring flowers to the fore. Fresh palate with an inviting acidity.
